Chicken Korma Special


Make a chicken Korma and prove yourself the best of it…. Make people nostalgic…. To make this delicious dish you need

#chicken 1.5kg

#card/yogurt 350gm

#ginger paste1 ½ tbs

# garlic paste 2 tbs

#cumin paste 1 ½ tbs

#lemon juice ½ cup

#onion beresta(fried) 1 cup

# Chinese Almond paste 2tbs

# Pistachio paste 1 ½ tbs

# Fried Raisin paste 1tbs

#salt

#green chili

#oil

# chili powder

#cinnamon and cardamom powder

Step 1: cut your chicken into 16 pieces, wash it properly and marinade it with cumin, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and yogurt for 30 minutes.

Step 2: take one cup oil into your pan and put the chicken in it marinade it for 2-3 minutes and put the pan on burner.

Step 3: put your burner on medium mode. Stir it gently. Add ½ onion barista when it giving up water. Add cinnamon and cardamom powder, 1 tbs chili powder and stir it properly. When it becoming dry add all nut paste in it. Stir it until fry. Add 1 cup water and stir 3-4 minute.You have to stir randomly otherwise it will burnt.

Step 4: Before the end add green chili and rest barista. Add tomato sauce If you want.
